Your satisfaction is very important to us. All jewelry is created with care by hand. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchases they can be returned for exchange only. We do not provide refunds on any merchandise. Any purchases wishing to be exchanged must be done so via the original point of purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. DAMAGES & REPAIRS
Damaged pieces will be repaired as long as the piece is still under the 1-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty expires if the item has been altered in any way by the customer. If the product requires repair due to negligence or the like, Rebekah Price Inc. has the authority to determine whether or not to repair the piece and will kindly inform the client of the potential repair cost. Rebekah Price Inc. also has the right to deny any unreasonable repairs or exchanges. When returning merchandise for exchange or repair, please be respectful to ship the piece(s) in a secure fashion.
