Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we are here to help.
Returns:
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
*Sunglasses, fine jewelry, custom orders, and items from the Sale Collection are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In-Store Returns
Items can also be returned in person at our Toronto location during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the defect.
Once we review the information, our team will guide you through the next steps and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
All products are eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Please note that Exchanges are limited to one exchange per item.
Refunds
To qualify for a refund or an exchange, the Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the inspection is completed.
An $8 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds issued to the original payment method.
No restocking fee will be applied if you choose to receive website/store credit instead of a refund.
The store credit never expires and can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully redeemed.
Non-Compliance
Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may be refused.
DAMAGES & REPAIRS
Damaged pieces will be repaired as long as the piece is still under the 1-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty expires if the item has been altered in any way by the customer. If the product requires repair due to negligence or the like, Rebekah Price Inc. has the authority to determine whether or not to repair the piece and will kindly inform the client of the potential repair cost. Rebekah Price Inc. also has the right to deny any unreasonable repairs or exchanges. When returning merchandise for exchange or repair, please be respectful to ship the piece(s) in a secure fashion.
