RETURN & EXCHANGE
We always aim to make sure our customers love our jewelry, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for exchange only. We do not provide refunds on any merchandise. Damaged pieces will be repaired as long as the piece is still under the 1 year manufacturer warranty. If the product requires repair due to negligence or the like, Rebekah Price Inc. has the authority to determine whether or not to repair the piece and will kindly inform the client of the potential repair cost. Rebekah Price Inc. also has the right to deny any unreasonable repairs or exchanges. When returning merchandise for exchange or repair, please be respectful to ship the piece(s) in a secure fashion.
Yes. All items that have been marked down and are displaying a red price tag are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
