Orders

Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Most stock items can be sent within 24-48 hours from time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of most goods within North America, and 2-4 weeks for overseas orders. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. If you require your order in a rush, please contact us via email to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

 

Custom Orders

We will try to accommodate any custom orders to our designs (ie. Wedding parties) at the designers discretion. Email your request to info@rebekahprice.com. Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final sale.

 

Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and all transactions are run securely through PayPal. You will receive confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).

All prices listed are charged in Canadian Dollars. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card. In general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rate.  Xe.com features a quick, easy, and free foreign exchange rate calculation using up-to-the-minute exchange rates.

 

Taxes

Canadian customers will pay HST according to their provincial rate. American and International customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries.

 

Exchanges & Repairs

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase they can be returned for exchange only. We do not provide refunds on any merchandise. Any purchases wishing to be exchanged must be done so via the original point of purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. Whether it be at www.rebekahprice.com or a retail location. Please advise any items that are on sale and are purchased from online are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged pieces will be repaired as long as the piece is still under the 1 year manufacturer warranty. If the product requires repair due to negligence or the like, Rebekah Price Designs has the authority to determine whether or not to repair the piece and will kindly inform the client of the potential repair cost. Rebekah Price Designs also has the right to deny any unreasonable repairs or exchanges. When returning merchandise for exchange or repair, please be respectful to ship the piece(s) in a secure fashion.

Any credit issued by Rebekah Price Designs is good up to 1 year. After the 1 year expiration, the credit is no longer deemed applicable.

For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We can not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

About the metals

RP Jewelry is made from brass metals and is then dipped in Silver, Rosegold, or Antique Gold plating. These metals are nickel-free and hypo-allergenic for most people, unless you have any extreme allergy and can only wear solid gold. We recommend not wearing your jewelry in the shower, when sleeping or when exercising. Depending on your skins makeup, brass jewelry may either brighten or acquire a darker, antique patina with repeated wear.
